Quentin Tarantino has gathered huge names for "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood", but the real star of the movie is the 10-year-old Julia Butters.

"Upon a Time in Hollywood" is being shown in the cinema complexes with the participation of Hollywood's leading stars like Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio, Al Pacino, Margot Robbie, Margaret Qualley. But most moviegoers are indeed impressed by the amazing talent of . Who is the "little angel" in the movie that DiCaprio dares to compare to the legendary Meryl Streep? Even director Quentin Tarantino himself also asserted that if some scenes of Julia Butters hadn't been cut, she would have been able to compete for an Oscar nomination for best supporting role this year.

According to information from inside the film crew and from Julia Butters herself, she did not know who Leonardo DiCaprio, Quentin Tarantino and Brad Pitt were before participating in one of the biggest films of 2019. Although before that, she was already the child actor of the small screen.

"I didn’t really know what Titanic was, but I watched it a long time after. It was very stressful to watch because of, you know, my friend (Leo) dying, and it being one of the worst events in history," said Butters when she was asked about "Titanic".

Only appeared in a few short scenes of the film as the young co-star of the outdated Hollywood actor Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio), Butters played a "young lady" in the form of a strong and smart child actress, teaching life lesson to the disappointed Dalton who gave up a valuable lesson about professionalism and resilience. Her performance is one of the most wonderful and emotional parts of the film.

A compliment from the little co-star Trudi Fraser that Butters played twice made Leo shed tears, in only two scenes. In the movie, Butters is found to be wiser than her age. And in real life she is more talented than that.

For most moviegoers, Butters is a brand new face. She just started acting in 2014 in "Criminal Minds". Since 2016, Butters has been associated with the ABC sitcom series "American Housewife" as a shy, anxious child with OCD. But that was enough to impress director Quentin Tarantino when he embarked on the script of "Upon a Time in Hollywood". So, right at the casting, when Butters came in, he greeted her by the name "Anna-Kat", her character in that sitcom.

In Onece Upon a Time in Hollywood, Leo was grateful that the mischievous Julia worked herself to help his throw look realistic, even though she had a bruise because of the scene. In real life, Butters was grateful that Uncle DiCaprio himself invited her whole family to visit his house with stunning ocean view.

Although she was still young, the professionalism of Julia Butters in the filming process was appreciated by the whole crew. Working with a director like Tarantino, the actors played and worked separately. In the studio no one was allowed to use their phone, but at the end of each part there was a small party. Butters often liked to write short screenplays during those breaks. Tarantino was very interested in her works and even spent a few minutes commenting or reading them to the whole crew sometimes.
